PIPPA MIDDLETON completed a gruelling duathlon yesterday as rumours surrounding her love life continued to gather pace.
The 27-year-old sister of the Duchess of Cambridge braved mountain winds to run and cycle 50 miles across the spectacular Highlands.
Yet while the fitness fanatic crossed the finishing line exhausted, whispers of Pippa Middleton's rekindled romance with former boyfriend George Percy showed no sign of running out of steam.
The couple were last week seen getting cosy in the plush offices of London property giant Grosvenor Estates, prompting speculation they may be considering moving in together again. Slumped on a cream leather sofa beneath portraits of disapproving looking Victorian gentlemen, the former flatmates shared an intimate chat.
London society was abuzz last night with rumours the pair had been discussing the possibility of buying a luxury home together in the capital.

Grosvenor Estates, owned by the Duke of Westminster, has some of the country's most desirable addresses on its books.
Its lettings division rents flats in Belgravia and Mayfair to well-heeled clients.
Earl Percy, 26, son of the Duke of Northumberland, is worth ?00million so could easily afford to buy a flat or house in London's West End.
After their meeting at Grosvenor's HQ in Mayfair on Thursday, the couple went to the nearby Automat brasserie.
While George opted for a smart dark suit, Pippa once again showed off her legs with a colourful summer dress, purple jacket and matching stilettos.
The couple have been inseparable over the past few weeks, having been spotted together on holiday in Madrid and at the French Open tennis in Paris.
They met 10 years ago and both studied at Edinburgh University, where they also shared a flat.
Earl Percy is understood to be consoling his old flame after her reported split from her boyfriend, former England cricketer Alex
Loudon.
After completing the Highland Cross Challenge in a respectable five hours seven minutes, Pippa said: "I am really tired. It was one of the toughest things I have done."
